We hope you love your new purchase! In the case you need to return your Slingers, please follow instructions below:
To start a return, please email Hello@Slingersusa.com to request a return authorization and a return label will be emailed. The return label fee is 7.99 which will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns are subject to the same cost as the cost paid for shipping at checkout. If you have an international return, please contact us to determine the return cost.
Full price merchandise is eligible for a refund if returned within 7 days from the day you received your order. Discounted items are final Sale.
If the items are received later than 7 days, we cannot issue a refund and the items will be donated.
All returns must be in brand new/unworn condition with all original packaging, like tags, shoe box and packing slip.
We are unable to accept a return on Shoes that show signs of outside wear. We recommend trying on your shoes indoors on a clean surface to ensure return eligibility.
Any shoes purchased through a retailer must be returned to that specific store of purchase and in compliance with their return policies.
There is a $2.00 restocking fee for each returned pair of shoes which will be deducted from the refund.
