SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All USA domestic full-priced non promotional orders ship Free!  (use code: FREESHIP at checkout)

Orders ship within 2-3 business days.
We are not responsible for lost / stolen packages or address errors.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

WE KNOW buying shoes online can be a fitting challenge. We offer easy exchanges for full priced items!

*If you receive your order, and the size or color isn’t feeling right, Please return your items via our return portal: https://slingersusa.com/apps/redo/returns-portal

*If you opted for return label insurance during checkout (via Redo), The return shipping LABEL cost  will be FREE.  

*EXCHANGES:

 Please place a new order on our website  for the correct item.  Make sure to mark your original invoice included with the return with the text:  "exchange" and your "new order number" to ensure that we don't charge you the Restocking fee.

RETURNS WITHOUT EXCHANGING

*A restocking fee of $2 per item may apply to orders that are returned without keeping a minimum of 1 pair.

*Shipping fees are never refundable in case of a return or exchange.

SALE ITEMS - RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

*Promotional / Sale orders are "FINAL SALE" -  Any items ordered with a 20% discount or more will NOT be refunded. Follow below instructions to process it as an "EXCHANGE ONLY" 

  1. Please place a new order on our website for the correct size WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT. (the refund will be processed on the new order upon returning if the new order was placed within 5 days of receipt)
  2. A  $4.00 processing fee per item will be deducted for the cost of the sale exchange.   You must mark your original invoice included with the return with the text:  "Sale exchange" and your "new order number" to ensure that we process your refund, since we do not refund sale items this is very important. 
  3. Items marked "FINAL SALE" at the time of purchase, can not be returned or exchanged.
  4. If an exchange is not processed and a sale item is returned, an $8  restocking fee will be deducted and a "store credit" will be issued

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the day you receive your order.

Returns/exchanges that are shipped back after 5 days of receiving the item/s, are subject to an additional $5 restocking fee per pair and will be issued a store credit only.

Out of policy exchanges may incur a 4 - 8 dollar processing / restocking fee.

All returns must be in brand new/unworn condition with all original packaging, like tags, shoe box and packing slip.
We are unable to accept a return on Shoes that show signs of outside wear. We recommend trying on your shoes indoors on a clean surface to ensure return eligibility.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are subject to import duties / customs related fees / handling fees upon arrival.  DUTIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE CHECKOUT PRICE.   It is the receivers responsibility to respond promptly to UPS import team to release the package.

International orders are final sale. 
Any shoes purchased through a retailer must be returned to that specific store of purchase and in compliance with their return policies.
